This patch has broken something in the game really bad, because my game has become increasingly buggy after this patch. I have never installed a single mod in this game. I am seeing glitches now in every corner. Jumping cars, people spawning from the sky, NPC's AI more broken like constantly walking into walls or teleporting even though there is nothing in their way and i am close to them, accepting quests that do not appear in quest log, and lots of other immersion breaking issues.
